Wallstreetwear is designed to be a faster, easier and more cost effective selling and trading environment than any other service available today. It is the world's first streetwear marketplace, enabling users to network, buy, sell and trade anything encompassing this niche youth culture.

How do I get started using Wallstreetwear?
First, register at Wallstreetwear. Next, you can begin selling items using our Basic, Standard or Premium listing services.
Do I need to register?
You are able to browse for free without registering but in order to buy, sell or trade an item you must register.
Does it cost anything to participate?
No. Registration is free, this allows you to be able to buy, sell (Basic Listing service is free) and trade.
How much does it cost to sell an item?
Users can use our free Basic Listing service or you can pay for our either our Standard and Premium services and take advantage of their respective features.
How do I create a title for my item?
We do not allow users to create the title for items, they must follow our category system which helps name your item correctly and places it in the right category and subcategories. This provides a better user experience, helping buyers search for product without having to filter through spammed titles.
If I can't find the category or brand for my item, what should I do?
First, place your item in the category (if t-shirts) 'other t-shirts' or (if brands) 'other brands'. If you would like to have a category or brand added to more suitably fit your items description, send us information on the items and category you would like added by using our feedback page at getsatisfaction.com.
Do I have to post pictures of my items?
It is not required to post pictures of your items but by adding pictures you increase the chances of your items being sold.
How do I cancel my premium listing subscription?
When canceling your premium listing subscription you must log into your paypal account and doing so manually.
How do I make a counter offer?
You are only able to make a counter offer after an offer has been made to you. If the initial offer is not attractive to you, you can adjust the offer any way you like either by adding case or more items to the offer. When you have completed adjusting the offer you can choose to enter a message, or simply send the offer by clicking 'Counter Offer.'
What if my offer is declined?
If your offer has been declined, it's probably because the seller did not feel your offer was adequate to be accepted. Simply adjust your offer and resend it, or look for a similar item to buy or make an offer on.
Will my information be kept private?
Wallstreetwear is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not release any of your information to any third party for marketing purposes, and we will only use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
How do I buy someone's item?
When you find an item you'd like to purchase click 'Buy Now.' At this point you'll be forwarded to PayPal so you can login and complete your purchase.
Can I remove an item I've posted if I no longer want to sell?
Of course you can! You can remove any items you no longer wish to sell by visiting your 'My Account' page, click 'Active Listings' and find the listing you wish to remove and click the 'Delete' button.
How long will my items stay listed?
The length of your listing depends on the type of listing you choose. Basic listings are active for 7 days, Standard listings are active for 14 days and Premium listings are active for 30 days.
Can I upload videos?
Coming soon! We are currently developing a video uploading feature to increase the chances of your items being sold.
Can I withdraw my offer after I already sent my offer?
No, you are not able to withdraw your offer after it has been sent so be sure that you are willing to follow through and complete any offers that you have made.
Does Wallstreetwear handle payments or shipping & handling?
No, Wallstreetwear does not handle payments or shipping & handling. Users are individually responsible.
I believe there's a member who's violating the rules. What should I do?
If a member is violating the rules, don't let him/her ruin the Wallstreetwear experience for you and everyone else, simply click 'Flag Item' in the item page and choose the correct violation.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password by visiting your 'My Account' page, click on 'Edit Profile', and in 'Account Settings' change your 'My Password' and save.
